Mackay Gunn is a philanthropic management professional with more than a decade of experience in development. Mackay prides herself on being an empathetic and creative leader and strives to understand the unique goals and mission of each partner she works alongside. By combining her years of frontline fundraising with consulting for small, mid-size and large non-profits, Mackay seeks to provide value for each of her partners by developing relationships based in genuine interest in each unique mission. Ultimately, her desire to see the ripples her clients can create out into the world drives her each day to do the work.

Mackay’s ideal day starts with her new daughter sleeping in late while Mackay enjoys a warm cup of coffee. It continues with exploring a new location with her family, close to home or farther afield, and ends with a great glass of red wine and a delicious meal, preferably that someone else has cooked!
