Erica Baca is a creative strategist, fundraiser, and a true people-person with 16 years of experience in event production and nonprofit fundraising. Her passion lies in helping her partners achieve their goals, making their success the driving force behind every decision she makes.

With a B.A. in Public Communication from American University and a master’s degree from Georgetown University, Erica has always had a strong interest in media and storytelling. During her time at Georgetown, she explored video and audio journalism and continues to have a deep love for video and film production.

Erica's ideal day starts on her yoga mat (either taking or teaching a class), followed by diving into a good book or movie, writing, and quality time with friends, family and her 16 year-old Chihuahua Terrier named Cabo.
