Erica Baca (she/her)

Erica Baca is a creative strategist, fundraiser, and a true people-person with 16 years of experience in event production and nonprofit fundraising. Her passion lies in helping her partners achieve their goals, making their success the driving force behind every decision she makes.

With a B.A. in Public Communication from American University and a master’s degree from Georgetown University, Erica has always had a strong interest in media and storytelling. During her time at Georgetown, she explored video and audio journalism and continues to have a deep love for video and film production.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys taking and teaching yoga classes, learning languages, reading, writing, traveling, and discovering new music, or reminiscing over old favorites. Above all, she cherishes time with her family, friends, and her 15-year-old Chihuahua Terrier, Cabo.
